IT Support Engineer - Contract - Gatwick - £competitive
Synergize Consulting are now hiring for an IT Support Engineer to work at a leading financial client based near Gatwick Airport on a contract basis.
The successful candidate will be working as part of a large technical support team, and will provide a high level of support to a large userbase, both remotely and desk-side. This will include migrations, upgrades, installations, and diagnosing break-fix issues.
Experience required:
- Support of Windows 8.1 and 10 operating systems
- Support of Office 2013 and 2016 product suites
- Working knowledge of Skype or Lync applications
- Excellent customer service skills and an ability to communicate with a range of technical and non-technical users.
- Some exposure to network support would also be advantageous
- An IT related certification or qualification
