IT Helpdesk Analyst3 month contract
York City Centre
Day rate dependent of experience
Exciting opportunity in York City Centre to join a busy Help Desk for a respected Financial Services business. This is busy inbound helpdesk role dealing with a variety of tickets across a busy, predominantly Microsofy based estate. Would suit candidates with 12 months+ IT experience in Helpdesk, Services Desk, IT Technician or similar roles.
Technical Skills
You will have experience of supporting users with technologies including:
- Windows Operating Systems
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange/Outlook/Office/Office 365
- VMWare
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Anti-Virus
- Voice Systems/Telephony
Delivering great customer service your duties will include logging calls and provide 1st and 2nd line support ensuring that all owned incidents and requests are resolved in accordance with their Service Level Agreement (SLA).
