ServiceNow ITSM Developer - home working - OO Scope of IR35

Developer required for full build project of a complex ServiceNow ITSM application.

The role will be approximately 6-7 weeks work to start ASAP.

Experience of the following modules are required:

- Business Service Catalogue

- Portal

- Mobile App

- Dashboard (Incidents, Requests, Availability Supplier - Performance

- Service Mapping (Enhancement)

- Service Request Catalogue Dynamic Approvals Tasks

- Appointment Booking System (Module config)

- Trending Analysis of Incidents to drive improvements

- Standard SLAs Priority Matrix for Incidents and KPIs

- Auto Software Downloads linked to User Requests

- Strong problem solving, communication and writing skills.
