User Researcher (Marketing Automation - Marketo) - Coventry (close to train station), 500 per day to contractor, up until end March initially with extensions

We are looking for an experienced Digital UR to join an agile team working on a collaborative campaign project. The ideal candidate will have previous marketing automation experience, using Marketo plus the following:

Essential

1.Demonstrable Knowledge, experience in and passion for user centred design practices for web, service or software development.

2.Proven experience of uncovering and understanding user needs for web content, tools and transactional services, especially those with a complex user journeys.

3.Proven experience of designing, facilitating and analysing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative user research methods, including a strong understanding of strengths and limitations of different methodologies

4.Proven experience of sharing and presenting user research findings in a wide variety of formats and contexts. Bringing actionable insights to the team.

5.Proven experience of working in an agile environment with designers and developers and product managers to create new digital products and services.

Desirable

1.Degree in HCI/Usability/Cognitive Psychology/Market Research

2.Previous experience within government services

3.Demonstrable experience of users of assisted digital needs and accessibility needs

. 4.Experience of using analytics to understand user behaviour and experience.
