We are looking for a driven, communicative Adobe Solution Architect EBA with an analytical mind and an investigative focus to join our skilled and ambitious team in our Digital Productivity EBA team. You will be an important key person in building XXs modern digital workplace and we believe that this is possible since you have relevant knowledge and are a true digital citizen.

One of our most important digital tools are the Adobe creative cloud suite as this helps the core designers and markets of the company to create the key product for the XX Group income & profit.
We are looking for an Adobe Creative Cloud Expert, who are willing to investigate the future ways of working to truly work to revitalize our ways of working at xx group. The challenge ahead of us entails to take a holistic approach for all xx brands and look at common solutions for all the user groups. Who does the future look like with mobility, DAM systems & education & support for our end users? How can we utilize these products more to increase collaboration, communication & efficiency within xx group?
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key stakeholders in all xx brands, departments, organizational units to investigate current needs & help support the transition to future needs
Assist coworkers with suggesting improvements to their processes and methodology
General troubleshooting of problems experienced by Adobe CC & DC users, and collaborative participation with the design & marketing teams resolve problems with the platform
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by supervisor.
Competence:
Advanced experience with Adobe CC & DC applications
Required:
Advanced experience with Adobe CC & DC applications
Experience troubleshooting incidents
Strong customer service, with good organization and communications skills
Strong analytical thinking and excellent troubleshooting
Must be able to communicate & to train users and groups of users
Must exercise a reasonable amount of independent judgment under a minimum of supervision
Requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines
Works independently and as a Team player
Flexible, creative, well-organized, resourceful, self-motivated
It is a merit if you have:
High knowledge of the xx culture & environment
Ability to create PowerPoint Presentations as a form of communication to management.
Plus 5 years of experience with Adobe CC & DC programs
Familiarity/certification with SAFe Scaled Agile Framework
