Commercial Manager - Mechanical/Electrical/HVAC
12 month contract for an experienced Commercial Manager with past project experience within MEH - Mechanical/Electrical/HVAC, to integrate and coordinate the delivery of all main MEH, cabling and associated support services on the project in line with the project's priorities of safety, quality, time and cost.
You should have excellent leadership, negotiating, influencing and communication skills to command professional respect at all levels along with a good understanding of scheduling, estimating and risk management
