Electronics Design Engineer
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Rate: Negotiable, competitive
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months initially (possibility of extension upon completion of this contract)
Hours per week: 40 hours

Mission
- Design Embedded electronics systems for the space and aerospace industries.
- Cooperate regularly with other mechanical engineers, electronics engineers and conceptual design engineers.
- The main activities will be:
o Implementation of block of diagrams in the electronics circuits.
o Development of both analog and digital schematics
o Stress analysis
o Worst case analysis
o Drafting D-FMEA considering design risks of the electronics assembly
Knowledge required
- Proficiency with Cadence Orcad and Spice
- Deep knowledge of DO254/DO160 standards is a huge plus
Required experience
- The successful candidate will have already participated in two end-to-end developments in aeronautical equipment, including one for Airbus (aviation), including one in DAL A.
- Previous experience developing power electronics (500V-400A) is an advantage
- Bachelors Degree, Master's Degree level or equivalent in Electronics or a related domain
Travel
- Short missions in Europe.
