Job description for the role of Protocol Engineer - Hardware and Firmware:
Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team):
Responsible for development and implementation of protocols for Automotive applications in Electrification
Key Skills/Knowledge:
1. Experience in creating specifications, design, simulation, development and validation of ePowertrain components (Power Electronics) - On-Board Charger (OBC), Traction Motor controller (Inverter), DC-DC Converter Automotivecomponents.
2. Hands on experience in Design, simulation and development for power Module using MOSFET, IGBT, SIC Filter design - CM, DM
3. Hands on experience in using simulation and design tools MATLAB, OrCAD PSPICE, PSIM, LT-SPCICE, PSPICEALLEGRO
4. Hand on experience in Power Components Thermal management
5. Hands experience in Auto Components EMI/EMC and Homologation
6. Experience with Tier1/OEM, handled vehicle programs
7. Component Calibration, EOL testing
8. Hands on experience in Charging protocols - IEC61851, SAE J1772, CHAdEMO, COMBO, GB/T standards
9. Excellent knowledge of Regulatory requirement for Automotive
