Description

I am currently working with an organisation based in Jersey who are seeking 4 System Administrators to take ownership of the BAU support of their HR and People systems. You will contribute to the design, configuration, testing, operation and improvement of business processes and systems, whilst working with the suppliers to improve performance.

In particular you will need exposure to either Resourcelink, their HR system or Optima HealthRoster, their e-rostering system.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the applications and their utilisation adhere to internal policy, procedure and external legislation
  • Advising Subject Matter Experts on how processes in their area can be managed and improved utilising the technology and providing support in the design, configuration and testing.
  • Designing and implementing digital workflows and authorisations to replace paper forms and to facilitate new methods to capture and process information
  • Monitor data quality metrics and analyse requirements to improve controls to ensure appropriate data is accurate and compliant and is maintained effectively in the platform
  • Use all available tools to drive efficiency and quality benefits from the investment in the platforms

Requirements

  • Good understanding of HR/Payroll/Time & Attendance/Recruitment software
  • Experience working with Resourcelink or Optima
  • An awareness of strategic issues with organisation wide applications
  • An appreciation of problem and change management processes, best practices and business analysis tools.
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the development and support of systems.
  • Experience presenting and interpreting data - use of excel including macros

As part of the role flights and accommodation in Jersey will be provided in the week.
