Splunk Enterprise Security OR Dark Trace SME
Location: Inverness - (client is flexible - ideally looking for someone based in Inverness, however someone remote who is willing to do some travel to client site will also be considered)
The focus of your role:
- As an SME you will use your knowledge of Splunk OR Dark Trace to help/design customers, architect and then build solutions to best practice reports, dashboards.
- You will help us grow our capability, designing and delivering Splunk Enterprise Security.
- You will be asked to help define a client's roadmap, other times you may be rolling your sleeves up and creating some innovative solutions for a complex business problem.
What you'll do:
Work with clients and Capgemini Cybersecurity team based in Inverness
Lead on aspects of day to day delivery
Build relationships with team based in Inverness
Internally, you will help identify improved ways of working, mentor existing team and be part of a knowledge management initiative.
What you'll bring:
Splunk Enterprise Security Certified Admin OR Darktrace Security Certification
5+ years of experience in a Splunk engineering role supporting SOC environments
Broad range of skills across the Splunk stack
Strong problem-solving abilities with an analytic and qualitative eye for reasoning under pressure
Self-starter with the ability to independently prioritize and complete multiple tasks with little to no supervision
