Description
Our client is seeking a Web Marketing Coordinator (maternity cover) to provide support to the Web Marketing team in the management of their online platform and websites.
The post-holder will contribute to ongoing improvements to web marketing activities and ensure agreed processes are followed with high standards of accuracy.
What you'll be doing:
- Dealing efficiently with internal and external web marketing queries, and other customer communications, to ensure that stakeholder needs are met
- Providing campaign support to marketing colleagues, ensuring that they can run and track their online campaigns effectively
- Setting up access to content on the online platform and updating records of campaigns set up this way
- Carrying out a range of content loading/editing tasks and providing support to colleagues, helping to ensure that the websites are kept up-to-date
- Manipulating, creating and loading images such as banner adverts to ensure the websites are up-to-date and required advertising displayed
- Supporting the team in the provision of required reporting and management information, eg extracting and manipulating required data from systems
What we are looking for:
- Solid basic HTML skills and experience of handling website content
- Ability to design, prepare and optimize images for use online
- Familiarity with, core MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), creative software such as Photoshop, web editing and design software, web and CMS systems
- Ability to get up to speed quickly with bespoke software
- Strong communication skills; works collaboratively with others to build strong partnerships, both internally and externally
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
