Description
Harvey Nash's public sector client are currently looking to recruit a Content Designer. Joining an existing team in Edinburgh, you will be responsible for the co-creation and delivery of a user-centric content strategy across a number of business areas. This role is a six month contract.
Main Duties include:
- Scoping, commissioning, writing and editing content that is simple to read and easy to understand for all staff and customers by focusing on addressing user needs and avoiding complex language and processes.
- Suggesting new content formats where required to better meet user needs.
- Work with analytics analysts in understanding content usage & performance including identifying journey funnels and A/B tests for new content.
- Developing quality checklists to measure against existing content to identify any content gaps, overlaps, inaccuracies or other issues.
