Roc Search are working with a well-established Aviation company, helping them locate a hands on
Senior Service Desk Engineer.
Provide day-to-day support assisting employees regarding all facets of end-user computing which includes software/hardware installs, upgrades and overall maintenance of endpoint (desktop/laptop/tablet/mobile) devices and peripherals.
Day rate - £ per day
Location - Surrey Egham
Contract will run until the end of the year.
Requirements:
Min 2 years 1st line experience
Windows 7/10 troubleshooting
Office 365
Windows server
Basic Network troubleshooting
HP & Canon Printer support
Hardware support
Active Directory
Excellent Phone mannerism
