I am currently looking for an Agile Functional Analyst.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Integrate a multidisciplinary development team to achieve a common goal;
- Thanks to strong analytical skills, you swiftly gain an understanding of the business needs and clarify potential routes, anticipating on defined timelines and hurdles along the way
- You facilitate the development velocity by coaching, analysis and business understanding
- You analyse and assess the impact of business and functional requirements; you apply a structured business and functional analysis methodology
- You gather and centralize information and create the business, functional and process documentation
- You collaborate with involved team and product owner on collection and creation of backlog refinement.
- You report on the status of your projects to the product owner.
- You support the company in it’s further development in the IT consulting Benelux market.
Experience & Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years professional experience in a similar role, analysing complex projects, business cases in parallel
- You are at least bilingual with a good understanding of (NL Fluent + ENG)
- You have a clear understanding of how to approach both a business and functional analysis
- Strong communication skills enabling you to engage with and present to all levels of internal stakeholders
- You have an affinity with general technology concepts and keep up to date with emerging technologies
- Flexible and perseverant. You enjoy working in a fast paced environment; you have a pragmatic approach and ‘can do’ mentality
- Able to take a helicopter view and challenge proposals in line with the business requirements and reality.
- Familiar with BPMN.
- Familiar with Jira, confluence is a plus.
- Experience with Scrum/Agile is a plus.
- You are result-oriented and able to detect processes subject to improvement.
- You have lifelong learning mentality
