We are looking for PMO (m/f/x) for our client in Prague, Czech.Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Type: Freelancing/contract
Tasks/responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team
Facilitate project planning
Develop and maintain project documents
Maintain project calendar and milestones
Organize project meetings, record meeting minutes and allocate actions
Insure efficient communication among team members
Establish and maintain internal processes and procedures to support project execution
Identify problems and risks
Support project reporting to senior management
Assist in budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management
Assist with project travel arrangements as and when required
Minimum Qualifications/required skills
5+ years of experience in similar positions
10+ years of experience in a project-related environment
Knowledge of the best practices and industry standards for project management (PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2); professional qualification would be an advantage
Hands-on experience with agile approach (Scrum, Kanban) would be a benefit
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and SharePoint would be an asset
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, trouble-shoot, and to meet short- and long-term deadlines
Demonstrated experience in budget and financial management
Excellent communication skills, including experience of communicating effectively across cultures and with diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing; fluent English is a must
The ability to understand and support the needs of the project across an organization
