My client is looking for an ACA qualified accountant to fill the role of an Entity Controller to assist in the preparation of all financial statements within the EMEA region.
The daily tasks as an ACA qualified accountant involves preparing statutory financial statements for annual filing as well as supplementary reports, they're also looking someone to support with the audit process. Whilst supporting the audit process this also requires you to build relationships with the auditors both in the UK and international.
A successful candidate will obtain the following skills/attributes:
- ACA qualified
- Trained in the big 4 or a large tier audit firm
- Strong knowledge of international financial reporting
- Ability to work as part of a large team and organisation
- Overseas GAAP knowledge (desired)
This role is on an interim basis, my client is looking at an initial 6 month contract potential extension afterwards. Looking for someone as soon as possible, however the client is willing to wait for the right candidate.
