IT Risk Manager Required Freelance must speak fluent French!
A leading end customer is looking for a IT Risk Manager who speaks fluent French to join them on a freelance basis based in Luxembourg!
MUST SPEAK FLUENT FRENCH!
The role is to
Coordinate the transposition of IT risks into mitigation plans by specifying the key stages, the owners, costs, durations ...
Have the mitigation plan validated by the various decision-making bodies and ensure that the target residual risk level is adequate
Plan the implementation of mitigation plans, ensuring that deadlines, resources and skills are met
Ensure the management and monitoring of the various mitigation plans and if necessary escalate
Maintain a centralized view of all IT risk mitigation plans and report on their progress to the right authorities
If necessary, ensure that the mitigation plan has been correctly implemented and that the level of risk reached is aligned with the level initially targeted, and if necessary identify additional mitigation plans
Produce the closure file (detailed action plan, evidence, committees, decisions)
General IT training
Process management/internal control oriented experience in banking IT covering all IT activities
Experience/training in risk management, internal IT control, even Audit
Knowledge of IT standards: ITIL, CMMI, Cobit, Nist, .
Significant experience in IT production would be a plus
