Guidewire Certified Developers key criteria;

  • Config Developer Experience 3 years
  • Primary Skill Guidewire Policycenter (PC)
  • PC configuration development applying policy transactions according to requirements good understanding of product data model configuration of rules workflows and PC UIs Unit Testing and Test data preparation required for Unit Testing
  • Attending status calls and clarifying requirements with onsite team Smoke Testing
  • Supporting QA Integration Conversion responsible for requirements gathering from Business Analyst Client workshops and demos
  • Apply technical acumen to provide options recommendations and solutions to support desired Business functionality
  • Effectively interface with others and develop healthy productive work interactions
  • Organize and synthesize information provided by stakeholders to enable the project team to implement a solution that meets those needs and identifies opportunities for improvement
  • Involving in reviewing the functionality implemented with the Use Case UI Spec and the Standard Documents and with extensive knowledge in Guidewire
  • Preparing the High Level design Low Level Design and Unit Test Strategy and risk mitigation plan
  • Responsible for the design development testing and support of application enhancements for the Guidewire products
  • Effective communication with project teammates and stakeholders using timely and accurate information through written and oral communication or formal presentations
  • Mentoring the off shore team in their day to day activities and provide technical solution on the issues faced by them
  • Identifying and recommending best practices and continuous improvement ideas related to the product configuration Issue and Risk assessment
  • Developing and enhancing relationships with business partners and vendor partners
  • Demonstrating increased knowledge of business organizations their processes and the use of applications
