A CRM Communications Assistant is needed for an initial 3 month contract at a global retail brand in London paying up to £150 per day.

About you:
- Working with the wider digital marketing team. With an acutely analytical approach, you will confidently monitor channel performance and provide actionable insight to grow the channel.
- Experience working in campaign communications delivering company messaging across a variety of platforms and a passion for marking campaigns in the retail industry, capable of delivering seamless customer experience to deadline.
- Skilled communicator and be familiar with Email Service Provider tools, IBM Watson or equivalent and have a good understanding of data protection laws.
What to expect
- You will be responsible for supporting and successfully executing the day to day running of all customer communications. These communications will be delivered via email, direct mail, SMS and social media and will deliver against both customer and business requirements.
