GIS Consultant - ArcGIS

We are on the lookout for an exceptional GIS Consultant with at least 11 years of experience + Masters/Bachelors degree

Required
- Deep knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS 10.6 (or higher) server products, including ArcGIS server, ArcSDE, and ArcGIS portal;
- Extensive experience in configuration, best practices and optimization of ArcGIS server platform implementations;
- Extensive experience in architecture and development of interactive web based GIS client applications;
- Extensive experience in providing solution patterns for GIS web development;
- Extensive experience in JavaScript API for ArcGIS server;
- Capability to work in a multicultural environment, and proactively participate in multilingual meetings (English/French);
- Good communication skills;
- Capacity to write clear and structured technical documentation;
