Senior HR Manager - OE and Rewards
Please note that the successful applicant will have to operate via an Umbrella Company or as a PAYE contractor
As one of Vodafone strategic partners we are currently recruiting a OE/Rewards Manager to be based in Paddington on an initial 3month contract. You will Drive OE, Change and global Reward strategy for _VOIS wide initiatives including all _VOIS HR policies and frameworks to enable implementation of _VOIS business strategy from an organisation perspective.
Manages strategic relationships with Group teams for OE and reward to ensure UK and centre strategy aligns and supports global agenda.
Acts as the global HR SPOC for investigation/speak ups mainly for management level.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Deep knowledge of organization effectiveness & reward concepts and experience within Matrix environment
- Excellent Planning & Organizing skills
- Excellent business partnering and influencing skills
- Strong communication skills to guide, influence and drive change (including senior stakeholders/third parties/customers).
- Can apply judgement based on analysis of factual and qualitative information in complicated or new situations.
- Requires commercial awareness and industry knowledge in order to contribute to commercial objectives.
