Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect - Inside IR35

My client is currently looking to recruit a Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect for a 3 month contract based in Havant.
Description:
Candidate's required/essential experience
Experience of Oracle technologies (Oracle Fusion, Oracle applications, Oracle databases)
Experience IBM PSeries running AIX
Cloud awareness regarding integration on and off premise platforms
Awareness of working on large scales programmes
Utility experience preferred
Stakeholder experience
Strong relevant or equivalent hands-on design and implementation experience
A wide-ranging infrastructure exposure, including as many of the following as possible:
* Provision of infrastructure for business applications
* Digital solutions
* Cloud delivery - Microsoft Azure infrastructure and costing
* Cloud delivery - AWS infrastructure and costing
* Cloud delivery/integration SaaS to on-premise etc
* Application Delivery - Citrix XenApp, MS App-V
* Network design
* Middleware including Oracle Fusion/Service Bus
* Servers and storage, including IBM PSeries running AIX.
* Virtualisation - Hyper-V and VMware
* Provision of infrastructure for databases - SQL and Oracle
* Operations
Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments
Project solution architecture experience
Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
Excellent analytical and technical skills
With a focus on the below:
Experience with Azure infrastructure such as Account structures eg (subscription, tenant), Azure Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Domain Services, Service Principles, RBAC, IAM.
Azure Arm Template Scripting and management through Azure DevOps
Express route configuration and management
Ability to take a flexible approach to design with limited defined as is architecture and NFR's
Ability to ensure architecture designs follow internal standards
Ability to understand complex requirements for application migration to the cloud utilising cloud native technologies.

Strong Windows server background on both physical and virtual (VMware) infrastructure
Experienced server migration elements to both on-premise and off-premise
Hyper-V experience and design
Migration of applications and services into cloud environment (Azure or vender SaaS platforms)
Ability to understand complex requirements for application migration to the cloud utilising cloud native technologies
