2nd Line IT Support Engineer - 3 months (inside IR35)

My client based in Inverness have a requirement for an IT Support Engineer to join their help desk. Reporting to the IT Manager, the client wants to fill this opening with someone who is an experienced 2nd line engineer with a hands-on proactive approach. Working in a small team we require somebody who can come in and hit the ground running, making an immediate impact.

Essential Experience:

  • Prior experience in a 2nd line engineering role.
  • A Detailed knowledge of current IT technology including (but not limited to)
    • Citrix
    • VMware
    • Windows 10
    • Networking Protocol
    • Active Directory
    • Hardware Experience
