UX Consultant
It an exciting time for an UX consultant to join a programme, in which will shape our client organisation. Our client is a large and prestigious organisation, which utilises exceptional technology and expertise when meeting customer needs. Therefore, our client is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced UX consultant to deliver new processes and tools, in order enhance customer experience. You will be responsible for leading user research within an high priority programme and drive innovation within the organisation.
What this role entails:

Working with In-house UX designer
-
Extract supporting research through various approaches, such as workshops, interview ethnographic etc.

Coordinate focus groups of key users and stakeholders, as well as remote users
-
Organise and structure workshops, in order to maximise relevant information
-
Use of various qualitative and quantitative research methods
-
Communicating effectively with team members and relevant stakeholders
-
Validate user and stakeholders requirement and ensure the organisation is equipped to deliver customer needs
To be considered for the role, you will require the following:
-
Extensive experience leading user research activities and utilise information to shape product development
-
Experience of designing and coordinating a range of qualitative and quantitative user researcher methods
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Ability to work individually and collaboratively with team members
- Experience with web based interface
The following would be desirable:

Experience of agile projects
-
Ability to understand visualisation data through software solution
-
Previous experience using inVision studio Software
