£20 per hour PAYE

Advantage Resourcing are working in partnership with a global manufacturing company who operate within the Defence industry. They are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their site in the North East.
To apply for this role you must have:
Knowledge of Mechanical and electrical systems in order to provide breakdown coverage and planned preventive maintenance on range of diverse equipment from the test equipment, CNC Machines, chemical treatment and pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
The Role OF Maintenance Engineer - Technician will be to: Carry out fault diagnosis & rectification of plant and equipment, complete and record planned preventative maintenance and provide general mechanical and engineering support to shift operations.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications
* Minimum ONC in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering
* Completed apprenticeship with qualifications.
* Experience within a manufacturing environment
* Conversant with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
* Knowledge of industrial robots, Fanuc desirable
* General machining and welding skill
