Our Client have 2x exciting new roles available working with their Performance, Assurance Risk (PAR) department

The Assurance and Risk function within PAR is responsible for designing and leading implementation of the Clients three lines of defence Assurance Model to ensure effective mitigation of risk as a key part of the Agency's corporate governance.

Key to the role is the development and implementation of strategic plans, seeking continuous improvement of performance understanding in line with strategic objectives. You will lead projects, programmes and departmental campaigns, ensuring performance levels are monitored, measured and reported appropriately. You will oversee the quality, secure handling and dissemination of data and information, in line with all relevant legislation and policy.

As a proven leader, you will provide effective leadership to a multi-functional team, building organisational capability, promoting high performance and adherence to corporate values.

Essential:

Proven experience in data analysis and development of insightful reporting (inc. findings and recommendations) to enable informed decision making at corporate governance fora

Proven experience of building capability and leading enterprise performance management activity

Proven experience of building and developing effective relations in a complex stakeholder landscape

Proven experience of leading and managing a multi-functional team

Excellent verbal, written and drafting skills (briefings/reports/presentations)

This role can be based either in London, Crawley or Warrington
