BI Consultant ( Looker/Redshift/SQL )
Central London
4-5 Month Contract (Scope of extension.)
£ per day DOE
An analytics consultancy is on the lookout for an experience BI consultant with strong Looker, Redshift and SQL experience to join on an initial 5 month engagement.
This role is required to roll out a brand new Looker deployment: deploying it into Redshift.
Please note that his role is to start in March 2020 and is looking to interview next week.
Roles of responsibility for the BI Consultant ( Looker/Redshift/SQL ) include:
- Deploying looker into redshift across 3 user casers: full end to end development
- Assessing data, building models, understanding they are working properly
- Querying, testing, developing reports
- Working with stakeholders, training them how to use technologies, feeding back, suggesting changes
- Need to have experience delivering end to end data solutions and building complex models
Essential skills for the BI Consultant ( Looker/Redshift/SQL ) include:
- Senior Looker experience
- Redshift experience
- Strong SQL Modelling
- Excellent consultative capabilities
Desirable skills for the BI Consultant ( Looker/Redshift/SQL ) include:
- Tableau experience, previous experience migrating off tableau
- Experience with alteryx
