Core Asset Consulting's client, a global financial services firm, is looking for a Continuous Improvement Coach to join their team and work on a transformation programme. If you have experience of coaching teams through Continuous Improvement and can build strong relationships within your coaching, then we want to hear from you!
This is an initial 6-month contract based in Edinburgh.
Core requirements:
- The successful candidate must have Continuous Improvement coaching experience, having coached teams through CI successfully.
- You will be able to demonstrate that you've built and developed solid relationships in your CI coaching (giving specific examples of coaching, delivering and adding value).
- Our client is looking for Financial Services experience, ideally within corporate/large scale organisations.
