Description
Our client, a major global IT service provider, requires a Zabbix Support Analyst with 3-4 years' experience in Zabbix monitoring tool and Scripting knowledge to join their Service Operation team in London.
This is a one year temporary contract with an immediate start date.
Key Requirements:
- Zabbix tool installation, configuration
- Should know Zabbix Architecture with HA experience
- Create Monitoring alerts and integration with ITSM Tools like ServiceNow
- Create items, triggers, dashboards, applications, Graphs, Templates
- Create custom dashboard based on the user expectation
- Understand the existing environment about dashboards, triggers, items and customize the same
- Troubleshooting knowledge for any existing or new issues
- User Administration on Integration with LDAP
- Should able to deploy custom scripts (Shell, Perl) to enable monitoring for custom requirements.
- Event Correlation knowledge in Zabbix
- Suppress Monitoring and clearing events
- Discovery, User notification
- Migration and Upgrade
- 3-4 years' experience in Zabbix monitoring tool and Scripting knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
