Payroll and HR systems implementation Specialist - 3 months - London - £300 per day
My government client based in London is seeking an experienced Payroll and HR systems specialist to join their team to help deliver the Payroll, HR and expenses project for the organisation. You will be expected to work with support the set up of HR processes ensuring that the new system is aligned to policy. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have good experience working with stakeholders.
Key Skills and experience:
- Extensive HR and Payroll Experience, using HR and payroll systems (MHR/iTrent)
- A good working knowledge of HR, pensions and other benefits
- Intermediate user of MS Excel (eg VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc) and MS Office
- Data analytical experience
- A self - starter, who can manage priorities and own workload and able to deliver at pace
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment
- Ability to identify issues and develop options to resolve
