Description
Global IT Solutions Company requires a 1st Line IT Hardware Supply Administrator to work within a team environment based at their established client based in Barkingside, Essex.
This role is INSIDE IR35 - you will need to use an umbrella company.
You will have previous IT Support experience with exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
The core element of the role is working within a team environment responding to the tickets on the in-house system and supplying to correct hardware, iphone, ipad or laptop is shipped to the correct business user within this large organisation.

Day Rate: £110.00 per Day
Key Responsibilities
First point of contact supplying users with their IT Hardware, Laptop, PC, Mobile Device
Imaging and deployment of Desktop hardware
Purchasing Hardware from suppliers
Asset Management
Administration of call logging system
