ICT Project Leader Infrastructure Windows Upgrade Rollout Waregem Belgium
Function:
- Defining the scope and analysing the impact of projects to get a clear image of the needs and objectives to be reached.
- Determining the project description, magnitude and objectives (Project Notification, Project Charter)
- Identifying the necessary means and staff
- Communicating timely and in a correct manner with the different involved parties
- Keeping up project information and progress in a structured manner, accurately documenting and reporting to make sure that the projects meets the organisational requirements, methodology and quality standards.
Projects:
- Workplace rollout
- Integration new sites
- Upgrade OS from Windows 2012 to 2019
Technical requirements:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in ICT, business economics or equivalent by experience
- Min 2 years of relevant experience as project leader in an ICT environment
- Experience in and/or good knowledge of business processes is a strong asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communicative skills (both oral and written) and ability to adapt his/her style depending on the situation
- Sense of initiative
- Stress-resistant and flexible attitude
- Decisive
- Administratively accurate
- Basic knowledge of software development
- Willing to make short trips abroad
