ICT Project Leader Infrastructure Windows Upgrade Rollout Waregem Belgium

Function:

  • Defining the scope and analysing the impact of projects to get a clear image of the needs and objectives to be reached.
  • Determining the project description, magnitude and objectives (Project Notification, Project Charter)
  • Identifying the necessary means and staff
  • Communicating timely and in a correct manner with the different involved parties
  • Keeping up project information and progress in a structured manner, accurately documenting and reporting to make sure that the projects meets the organisational requirements, methodology and quality standards.

Projects:

  • Workplace rollout
  • Integration new sites
  • Upgrade OS from Windows 2012 to 2019

Technical requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in ICT, business economics or equivalent by experience
  • Min 2 years of relevant experience as project leader in an ICT environment
  • Experience in and/or good knowledge of business processes is a strong asset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communicative skills (both oral and written) and ability to adapt his/her style depending on the situation
  • Sense of initiative
  • Stress-resistant and flexible attitude
  • Decisive
  • Administratively accurate
  • Basic knowledge of software development
  • Willing to make short trips abroad
