Templeton and Partners is currently looking for a Verint consultant for a long term project in London.
A significative experience in implementing workforce management tools is required.
This project also requires functional skills related to the organisation of call centers and the capacity to offer solutions.
You will be responsible for the end to end management of workshops in order to analyse the clients' operational requirements and set up a functional specification.
Some travels outside of the UK will be required to meet clients during the project. The client is offering the possibility to work from home.
