Senior Ruby Engineer - 6 months - £550 a day
My client is looking for talented, friendly and experienced Senior Ruby Engineer to help build our suite of customer-facing products. The Ruby team are a nice bunch, they love to ship software. They believe in Agile principles and values.
You will be working on a variety of exciting technologies. The code is written in Ruby, they use Redis for caching, Elasticsearch powers our venue searching and RabbitMQ is our message broker. Your application will be deployed within Docker. Everything runs in AWS.
My client does things well, but they're not complacent. they want to do great work and to be known for it. They are breaking up the applications into microservices that are well tested, independently deployable and highly observable.
