General Responsibilities:
*The role holder must have good communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Communicates with internal staff and external agencies to ensure compliance with internal SLAs
*Knowledge or at least awareness of the IT Infrastructure Library standards at foundation level or equivalent.
*Support continuous service improvement for the IT Service Desk to sustain the high levels of customer care, engineering, quality and services.
*Provide excellent customer service

£15.00 per hour paid inside IR35 via an umbrella company.
