1st/2nd Line Support Engineer
My client is looking for a 1st/2nd line Support Engineer to join their service desk team on an initial 3 month contract.
You will be joining a small team and be assisting with:
- Managing incoming calls/technical issues
- Resolving technical issues at the 1st POC, escalating to the infrastructure team if unable to assist
- Managing the service desk inbox
Key skills:
- Windows server administration, changing peoples passwords via Active Directory
- Windows 7/10
- Citrix
- O365
Desirable - any experience with mobile devices or Apple products
