Salesforce CRM Developer
My client is one of the Netherlands biggest financial institutions and they are looking for a strong Salesforce CRM specialist to work a long-term contract in their Netherlands offices.
You will be working in the Client Relation Management (CRM) block which is a team that consists of an Agile scrum team with high skilled international Salesforce development professionals. As IT Dev Engineer you will participate in the scrum events of this team and will work on the development user stories/activities agreed upon on in the sprints.
In your daily work you will be interacting with different people such as:
- The PO, SM, IT Dev Engineers and BD-ers working in the CRM scrum team.
- DBA, Middleware, Platform and Networking specialists
- Other IT Dev. Engineers, Solution Engineers and the IT Engineering Lead.
Based on your knowledge and expertise we expect you:
- to operate in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for guiding multiple Salesforce development and related initiatives (Change Management).
- to do Incident Management.
- to do Problem solving with the development teams for the various challenges faced.
- to present your proposals to both IT and Business in a clear and concise manner.
- to test the solutions, you develop and help the business to test what you have designed and developed.
- to create and implement automated testing solutions and further develop the CICD pipeline.
- to write and produce technical documentation, blogs and knowledgebase articles.
- to work in an Agile working environment.
Results expected to be delivered by you:
- developed designs that are discussed with the relevant people and the larger sized designs have been discussed in the design review board.
- test scenarios and test cases.
- automated testing and CICD solutions.
- solved incidents and problems.
- documentation that corresponds to the guidelines.
- active contribution in the scrum ceremonies.
We are looking for somebody with:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Salesforce designer/developer in (preferably) the banking/financial sector.
- Following certifications:
Salesforce.com Certified Platform Developer OR Salesforce.com Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Lightning experience is a plus.
- experience in integrating external services within Salesforce.
- knowledge about security aspects within Salesforce.
- hands-on experience of Flows, Process Builders, Triggers, Workflows, etc.
- outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, including ability to create clear observations, analysis and conclusions based on data.
- the ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple initiatives at the same time.
- collaborate with multiple stakeholders to arrive at the best solution.
- with knowledge how to create test scenarios and test cases in an automated testing environment.
