Description
Harvey Nash's private sector client based in central Edinburgh is looking for multiple contract IT Help-desk Operatives to work within their 'User Access Management Team'. The role is to assist staff with setting up, resetting and unlocking of user accounts, among other general first line support tasks. Looking to bring candidates in on a contractual basis however if they do well, could be offered a permanent position including many company benefits
- Previous experience of working in a telephone IT support role (eg IT Help-desk, Service Desk, 1st Line Support, Desktop Support etc...)
- An understanding of ITIL frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build collaborative working relationships
- An enthusiastic individual with a keenness to learn
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues
- Active Directory experience (User Access Management including the setting up, resetting and unlocking of user accounts)
