1st/2nd Line Support Engineer - Active Directory - Dublin
Are you an experienced IT professional good experience analysing and cleansing Active Directory records? If so please apply for a brand new long term contract based in Dublin for a global IT services provider.
As an AD Analyst, together with the analysis and cleanse of a customer's existing AD records, you will also be completing a review of the customers current AD structure to determine if users are reporting to the correct manager, in the correct department etc. You will be required to liaise with focal points within the customer's business and be responsible for managing and maintaining progress for this project and completing changes to AD and any other system which the customer may request be modified.
The purpose of this project is to complete a data cleanse of user data in AD before go live of a new HR system.
To be successful you must be proficient in the following:
- Active Directory
- Excel
- Word
- Outlook
- Must also possess excellent organisational and communication skills.
