1st Line Helpdesk Analyst - O365, Active Directory, Dell, Mac etc. Providing Telephone and Remote 1st Line assistance.

YOU WILL NEED TO COVER USA BUSINESS HOURS. 2PM TO 10PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY

My Network Consultancy client based in Reading seeks a dynamic, well versed 1st Line Helpdesk Support Analyst with 2-3 years minimum experience with key skills being O365, Active Directory, Windows XP OR Windows 10, Dell Hardware & Mac Hardware. ANY Okta, Jamf, Zoom a bonus but not essential. YOU WILL NEED TO COVER USA BUSINESS HOURS. 2PM TO 10PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY

The ideal 1st Line Helpdesk Analyst will have excellent Troubleshooting, Fault-Finding and Diagnosis skills to the point of 1st Line Support Escalation with strong skills in O365, Active Directory, Windows XP OR Windows 10, Dell Hardware & Mac Hardware. YOU WILL NEED TO COVER USA BUSINESS HOURS. 2PM TO 10PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY. STRONG communication and interpersonal skills a must and a passion for support.
You will be providing Telephone and Remote 1st Line assistance on the following tech stack:

  • Dell and Mac hardware troubleshooting and support
  • Office 365
  • Active Directory
  • XP OR Windows 10
  • Okta - BONUS
  • Any Jamf or Microsoft Intune experience would be beneficial, but not essential
  • Any Zoom or Avaya IP office system, would be beneficial, but not essential

YOU WILL NEED TO COVER USA BUSINESS HOURS. 2PM TO 10PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY
