Morson International working with a global consultancy who are looking for a Junior Security, Configuration Manager to join their team in Ispra. This is initially a 1 year contract with the chance of extending for a number of times.
Client is a leader among Science campuses in Europe, with many laboratories and unique research infrastructures. They are running a number of websites and data acquisition portals, mobile apps and windows software, grouped in a number of information systems in the field of Healthcare, Space, Security, Migration, Energy & Environment. The person providing the services must be expert in a wide range of web technologies and able to provide support in the development of specific applications, assistance in security assessments of the information systems, elaboration of technical analysis documents, etc.
The candidate will have to perform the following tasks:
- Security assessment of Web Assessments to verify security controls and identify potential vulnerabilities/weaknesses
- Analysis and reporting on identified issues
Qualifications:
- Masters degree & 5 years of experience after studies
- Good knowledge of information systems security
- Good knowledge of IT security standards
- Knowledge of security management methodologies and tools
- Good experience with quality procedures
- Strong capacity in preparing and writing studies
- Ability to apply high quality standards
- Experience with Burp Suite professional from Portswigger is required
- Fluency in English
