Lead Developer - PAYE - Surrey

Blue Prism - Development - RPA - Robotic Process Automation - Agile

A Lead Developer is required by our financial services client to help design, develop and deliver new Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions for their internal customers on a global scale.

This Lead Developer will be experienced with Blue Prism and be expected to optimize and streamline each business process by challenging existing practices and offering enhancements using the many process improvement tools available.

You will also be expected to act as Scrum Master, leading scrum events and overseeing assigned delivery teams, therefore you will have a strong understanding of agile.
Experience and Qualifications Required

• Certified Blue Prism developer with a minimum of 1 year professional experience
• Experience in agile development practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to understand complex issues, gather and analyse data into trends/results, structure problems and design solutions
• Experience in project management and user acceptance testing
• Willing to work flexible, unsociable hours when required and potentially travel if needed
• Proven results in initiating and implementing change within a Financial organisation desirable but not essential
