Role:
Systems Administrator to assist in providing 3rd Line incident resolution and service request fulfilment working with technologies, services and infrastructure.
Skills and Experience Required:
You will have good knowledge of the practice of Unix systems administration, including:
*CentOS
*Puppet
*GIT
*ITIL processes
Experience with the following technologies would also be beneficial:
*Hyper-V
*VMware
*Powershell
You should have experience of scalable and resilient systems having managed multiple Servers in a heterogeneous and complex environment.
You will be a self-motivated team player with a positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, energy, and a methodical approach to tasks. You will need take ownership of support calls and service requests from their arrival through to completion. The ability to learn new tools is essential.
