Currently recruiting an IT Field Engineer to be based from our Bristol office and cover customer sites in Bristol, Swindon and Newport.
The Role
To provide our commercial and public sector customers with comprehensive hardware and software breakfix support on a variety of platforms and operating systems comprising personal computers, printers, laptops, tablets and Windows based software.
Working as an IT Field Engineer you will be responding to customers' requests for the repair, maintenance and installation of IT equipment within our contracted service level agreements, ensuring that timescales are met, customer satisfaction is achieved and that all work carried out is completed according to set quality standards and manufacturers' guidelines .
We are looking for an experienced IT Field Engineer with experience of diagnosing faults, good break fix experience - predominantly on hardware but also on some software packages with excellent communication and customer service skills together with a valid UK driving license .
The working Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm.

Knowledge of PC, Laptop, Printer & associated peripherals operation
Experience in Desktop/Laptop/Printers and Servers
AV experience
Good customer facing skills
