Description
The job role is to provide and advance following DevOps capabilities on the RWDEx platform:• Build CICD pipeline using MSD DevOps Tools (mentioned bellow)
• Integrate application builds with Artifactory to create archived library of deployed components to establish software version traceability and address future GXP requirements
• Create automated unit testing framework and establish process for other teams to enable more efficient compliance to SDLC requirements for unit test
• Integrate Cloud Formation Infrastructure as code scripts to Jenkins orchestration jobs to empower support resources to quickly provision new or failing environments without subject matter expertise
Additionally the role is to support and work on:
• Release management
o Automate release management process, where feasible
o Optimize release time and release frequency improving/streamlining the process
• Incident and Problem Management
o Build the Incident triage
o Analyze Incidents and problems in Production and address fixes in Development
• Implement DevOps KPIs to enable measurement
o Create Dashboards
• Support Operational transition
o In collaboration with MSD AMS Service Leads and Application Leads, drive the design and evolution of support model for the product. Determine the support level and KPIs
o Ensure that transition to AMS is completed.
