Oracle Apps DBA - E-business - SOA - London - Inside IR35.
My financial services client are looking or an Oracle Apps DBA to assist them with BAU work on a 6 month rolling basis.
You will require the following experience:
Oracle Apps DBA Business as Usual (BAU) duties & responsibilities:
- Ensure SLA are consistently met
- Call queues maintained at consistent and manageable levels
- Take responsibility for and keep track of escalated issues, problems and keep the customer informed
- Adhere to the change & release management process, carry out the release at the agreed times.
- Maintain and update all required Deployment documentation, to the JIRA tickets
- No change made to production systems without relevant RFC or JIRA tickets approval
- Improve and any maintain BAU in confluence
- Documentation management
- Maintain, update all documents in Confluence
- Document sustainability activities for your area of responsibilities
- Update and maintain installation and refresh documentation
- Provide and improve monthly input into Business Systems Metrics reporting
- Promote interaction and communication with the all Business System teams and key business stakeholders, when required
- Time Tracker
- Ensure that all BAU and project work is accurately captured and submitted on a weekly basis
- Communicate in a professional and positive manner to all the stake holders and staff members.

- SOA -
- Weblogic 10.3.6
- ODI - 12C
- RAC -
- ASM disk management experience
- Oracle Linux 7.1
- UCM 11.1
- OBIEE 12C
- OEM 13C (Monitoring)
- Experience in Alfa, Fuse, MDP or Mercury would be advantageous.
