Description
We're currently looking to source a Deskside Support Engineer to deliver a high level of support and troubleshoot any incidents raised by the customer. For the right candidate, this is an excellent opportunity to thrive, gaining skills and experience rapidly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting incidents raised, ensuring tickets are documented and stored appropriately
- Upgrading, deploying, installing hardware/software
- Windows 7/10, Office, laptop and desktop hardware repair

- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent desktop support skills
- Ability to work in high pressure customer facing support role
