Position Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Job Type: Contract

Contract Duration: 3 months

Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

Location: Manchester, UK

Description

We're currently looking to source a Deskside Support Engineer to deliver a high level of support and troubleshoot any incidents raised by the customer. For the right candidate, this is an excellent opportunity to thrive, gaining skills and experience rapidly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting incidents raised, ensuring tickets are documented and stored appropriately
  • Upgrading, deploying, installing hardware/software
  • Windows 7/10, Office, laptop and desktop hardware repair

Key Skills:

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent desktop support skills
  • Ability to work in high pressure customer facing support role
