My Client is looking for an Deskside Support Engineer to be based in Poole for a 1 Day contract, to provide the client with hardware and software support.
Knowledge and Key Skills
- Experience in the desktop environment
- Windows desktop operating systems
- Windows Server Operating System and the ability to perform domain related administrative tasks
- Understanding and knowledge of LAN environments
- Knowledge of LAN based E-mail systems (eg, Outlook, MS Exchange).
- Troubleshooting and analysis of network system devices and PC network hardware and client software.
