* Identify trends and resolve issues as they emerge in addition to ensuring, accuracy in reporting, onboarding and termination of resources
* Managing financial reporting, monthly analysis and forecasting activities, client chargebacks, as well as accruals, and the yearly budgeting process for each group
* Serving as a business partner to Finance, Human Resources, Vendor Management, the Staffing Office and Technology
* Program and Project level forecasting and analysis
* Communication of financial policies and procedures
* Managing strategic cost reduction and location strategic initiatives
