Office 365 Implementation Consultant - Greece - Contract - 2/3 months- NEG

My client wished to engage the service of a vastly experienced O365 Business Project Manager.

The ideal candidate will have previoulsy implemented O365 on numerous occasions on an international basis for high profile/high end clients within the service/retail/hospitality sector.You will have previous demonstrable O365 Project Implementation/Roll-out experience,You will have indepth product knowledge across the MS platform- MS Teams etc....

What you'll do:

Understand and document business requirements, functional requirements and both technical and non-technical needs. Help agree solution recommendations against these overall requirements and identify any gaps between requirements and solution design. Act as a bridge/translator between technical & non-technical teams and vendors. Ensure all projects have both a project team and steering group, which are managed and supported with clear, concise documentation and all actions are clearly articulated and managed. That each project with have clearly defined roles within both project team and steering group. Each project has an agreed end to end implementation plan including warranty periods etc. The projects are carefully managed from start to end, with agreed milestone and project plans. RAID registers are agreed with the business and technical teams to ensure clarity of each element. Forecasts of costs and budgets are agreed & understood and carefully managed. Scope & Requirement change requests are understood with impact analysis and any changes are signed off at steering group level. Regularly report/represent projects to overall Strategic Projects Board, so presentation skills need to be of the highest levels. Ability to support other colleagues with other skills sets such as TOGAF and ITIL

Key Skills & Responsibilities

  • Provide strong, hands on leadership adhering to the delivery timeline and business model
  • Liaise across internal business areas and shared service teams
  • Accountable for planning, managing raid logs and portfolio board
  • Responsible for migration to the cloud across entire business groups
  • Previous experience of leading global projects
  • Strong experience working within the retail services
  • Excellent ability to liaise with global stakeholders, senior management and heads of various business divisions.

The role will be based in Greece 4 days per week with the availablity to work from home location 1 day per week, accommodation/susbsistence will be provided by the client.
